Adventure Learning Programs at Children’s Museum Tucson offers funding for field trips and other outreach programs for Title 1 schools and other approved organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs and Head Start Programs.

These field trips and outreach can be in-person or virtual with a Museum Educator live stream, recorded or Zoom call to your classroom. Each child in the classroom receives an activity box that coincides with the virtual presentation. Transportation funding is also available.

The Adventure Learning Programs are age-appropriate and come with instruction, an activity and Museum exploration. These programs are available in both English and Spanish.

Teresa Truelson, Director of Marketing for CMT says that the funding is available due to generous donors that believe in CMT and that providing museum education to students is highly important.

Funding is limited and available to eligible organizations on a first-come, first-served basis.
