A Bicycle, Wagon & Tricycle Float Contest–judging at 6:30 p.m. will be held. The Fourth of July festivities are all located on School Property and no consumer fireworks, alcohol, smoking or weapons will be allowed at the event or adjacent parking/viewing areas (bags and coolers brought in to the facility will be checked). Food and drinks will be available to purchase on site.

Peoria: All American Festival. Friday, July 4–Peoria Sports Complex, 16101 N. 83rd Ave. 5–9 p.m. Kick off your Independence Day celebration with free admission to a Women’s Premier League soccer match, stay for the fireworks at the annual Peoria All-American Festival.

Surprise: Friday, July 4–Mark Coronado Park, 15960 N. Bullard Ave. 6–9 p.m. Fireworks at 8:45 p.m. There are multiple ways to celebrate before the big show, including music, a baseball game and a pool party! While some viewing locations are free, canned food donations are appreciated! Items can be dropped at the Surprise Aquatic Center, Surprise Stadium and Mark Coronado Park.
Free! Mark Coronado Park: Festivities will consist of a DJ, games and inflatables for the kids! Food will be available for purchase from a variety of food trucks on Bullard Avenue beginning at 6 p.m.
Free! Surprise Stadium: Enjoy a free baseball game before the fireworks show! The Oakland A’s and Texas Rangers minor league teams will face off at 5 p.m. Gates open at 4:30 p.m. The stadium will remain open after the completion of the game for anyone who would like to watch the fireworks from the stadium seats.

Tempe: Friday, July 4 from 5–10 p.m. Tempe Diablo Stadium, 2200 W. Alameda Drive. Enjoy water slides, bounce houses, face painting and balloon animals, all included with admission. Rock out to live performances by DJ Soloman, Casey Ryan, and The Instant Classics. Traditional baseball fare and beverages will be available for purchase at locations throughout the stadium. Bring your picnic blankets and grab a spot on the field, or pick one of the general admission seats in the bowl to view the drone and fireworks show to top off the evening. Advance tickets are $10 and $15 day of event. Kids 12 and under are free with a paid adult. Parking at the stadium is free.
